Overview

Take time out to move, breathe and restore beside the Pembrokeshire coast.

Begin your wellbeing journey with a guided yoga and mindful meditation session, designed to create a sense of balance and calm. Then enjoy 90 minutes to unwind in the soothing warmth of the Thermal Suite and the restorative waters of the Hydrotherapy Pool while taking in panoramic coastal views. Complete your morning with a leisurely lunch at The Cliff Restaurant, nourishing both body and mind.

Thoughtfully curated to restore, recharge and reconnect, this exclusive wellness experience offers the ideal midweek escape from everyday routine.

This session will be led by Melissa Frances, a wellness teacher based in Pembrokeshire, specialising in yoga, meditation and crystal sound bath relaxation experiences. Melissa’s passion for physical conditioning began at the age of four when she discovered dance. With more than twenty-six years of teaching experience, she has developed a deep understanding of how movement can support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

  • 9.30am – 9.45am | Arrival and welcome
  • 10.00am – 11.00am | Guided Yoga & Mindful Meditation Session
  • 11.30am – 1.00pm | Thermal Suite & Hydrotherapy Pool Experience
  • From 1.30pm | One-course lunch at The Cliff Restaurant

Prices

Subject to availability. Package is for one person only. This package’s thermal experience is not suitable for pregnant guests. The Spa is an adult only environment and not available to those under the age of 16.
