Overview

Reconnect mind, body and breath with our new yoga classes at St Brides Spa Hotel, Pembrokeshire. Held in our light-filled Bay Suite, these sessions offer a calming space with sweeping views across Saundersfoot Bay – the perfect backdrop to unwind, reset, and restore.

Led by Casey Rogers of All Things Fit, an experienced and supportive yoga teacher, the classes are suitable for all abilities. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply carve out a moment of stillness, you’ll leave feeling balanced, grounded and refreshed.

Each yoga session will run for 60 minutes and a yoga mat, blocks and straps will be provided. Guests are welcome to make use of our complimentary car parking, though please note spaces are limited.

Places are limited, so we recommend reserving early to secure your mat.
