Escape together to our 2 AA Rosette restaurant, The Cliff, for a romantic Valentine’s meal for the history books. Share stories, flavours and good wine together as sparks fly over the Saundersfoot coast.
Share a dozen oysters with yuzu emulsion for a romantic start, before delving into the delicate flavours of lobster ravioli with keta caviar and a seaweed crumb. Cleanse your palate with a Champagne sorbet before delving into a main course of succulent Welsh beef wellington served with truffle mash, scorched broccoli, pickled shallots and spiced jus.
Finish your romantic dining experience with a chocolate marquise, served with rhubarb three ways and compote. Before unwinding with coffee or tea served with irresistible Barti Rum petit fours.
