Relish in the flavourful tastes of the season and enjoy a delicious two or three course lunch at our 2 AA Rosette awarded restaurant, The Cliff.
Overview
Join us for lunch at The Cliff restaurant where we will be serving a seasonal set menu, curated by our culinary team and showcasing the prime picks of the season.
Indulge in a choice of warming starter and main courses such as charred asparagus with poached egg, Gran Levante cheese and parsley oil, followed by ox cheek croquette served with braised lettuce, parsley mash, pickled shallot and a horseradish emulsion, or citrus and herb crusted salmon served with mussel and saffron tagliatelle, pickled fennel and samphire.
Opt to finish your delicious lunch with tempting dessert courses such as banoffee meringue with caramelised banana and chocolate sorbet or a moreish Welsh cheese selection featuring Perl Las, Snowdonia Black Bomber, Perl Wen served with condiments.
Reservations available Monday – Saturday between 12pm – 3pm.
