About our spa

Our Spa provides the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and indulge. Our coastal dual treatment room invites couples or friends to fully benefit from their spa experience, featuring full height windows that slide open to breathe in the fresh sea air and the gentle sound of the tide. The treatment rooms and relaxation areas surround our infinity edge hydrotherapy pool accompanied by our invigorating thermal suite with a range of restorative elements including our new Himalayan salt and infrared therapy room.

We are proud to be partnered with VOYA and TEMPLESPA to offer a range of soothing spa treatments to leave you feeling relaxed, revitalised and restored.

The Fitness Suite at St Brides Spa Hotel is a welcome sanctuary for gentle exercise. Work up a sweat on our selection of cardiovascular and resistance equipment before recuperating with a welcome dip in our Hydrotherapy Pool or a warming detox in the Thermal Suite.

Our Fitness Suite is accessible exclusively to our hotel guests. If you’d like to make use of the equipment during your stay, our staff at the front desk will be happy to help.
