Cliff Menu

St Brides is a hotel with three restaurants. The Cliff Restaurant and Gallery Bar are located within the hotel and as the name suggests, have dramatic sea views over Saundersfoot Harbour and onto Carmarthen Bay. In summer, the outdoor decks are a popular place for meeting up with friends, casual dining or drinks receptions. Our casual dining restaurants, The Mermaid and The Marina are located a short walk from the hotel, on the harbour front in the village of Saundersfoot. We would be delighted to reserve a table there for you.

All of the ingredients used in our menu have been carefully selected from our trusted local suppliers. Toby, our Head-Chef, and his brigade have focused on fresh local produce, prepared and served in such ways that they showcase their full flavour and reflect all the goodness of Pembrokeshire. Our evening menu changes on a daily basis to reflect that day’s delivery of fresh, seasonal produce.

We also have an extensive wine list.

The Cliff Restaurant operates a “No Mobile Phone” policy.
