To provide a consistently high level of guest care within the Food and Beverage department.
To support the Restaurant Manager in the smooth running of the Food and Beverage department.
Anticipate guests’ needs, wherever possible, in order to deliver exceptional quality of service and, in turn, guest satisfaction as per SOP.
To be responsible for taking orders and communicating those orders with the kitchen.
To ensure complete and thorough menu knowledge of the food & beverage items.
To be responsible for opening and closing procedures within the restaurant and bar.
To be fully conversant with the company policies and procedures.
To maximise all sales opportunities.
To arrive at work on time and correctly presented.
To be fully conversant after training with the Health and Safety and Fire Policy of the business.
To ensure the Restaurant, Bar and its equipment is maintained to the agreed standard by conducting daily maintenance checks.
Report and maintenance problems and ensure they are rectified, specifically in relation to the comfort of guests, staff safety and issues of Health and Safety
To comply with any other reasonable requests which may be made by the Duty Managers, Company Directors or other senior members of the management team.
To have a flexible approach to requests and tasks.
